What is a shuttle transfer?

Shuttles are a shared transfer and are cheap, quick and effective at reaching your accommodation in a city or country you may be unfamiliar with.

The prices shown for shuttle transfers in the booking process are per person. You pay for a seat on a shuttle bus that you share with other passengers travelling to accommodation in the same resort or to various resorts on the same route. Depending on demand, the vehicle used for your airport transfer or shuttle service may range in size from a minibus to a large coach.

If you are travelling with children on a shuttle transfer, please allow for them to have their own seat. A shuttle transfer typically allows 1 bag per person and is a cost effective option for everyone.

It is important that we have a mobile number for you so that we can contact you should it be required. Please enter this during the booking process. Please be aware that there may be a wait for your shuttle at the airport since they run to a schedule. Maximum wait time 1 hour, or 90 minutes for ski transfers. Transfer times are estimated and can vary dependent upon traffic and/or the number of stops made. Please note although our shuttle services endeavour to offer a door to door service this may not always be possible due to local restrictions. Where these restrictions apply, the driver will drop and collect you from the nearest accessible point to your accommodation.

Airport shuttles and shared transfers are not available to villas or private addresses, suppliers can drop you at a hotel nearby and in this case please provide this as your accommodation details at time of booking.
